Boil dal with turmeric. Heat ghee, sauté garlic & cumin, pour over dal.
Sauté cumin, bay leaf in ghee, add veggies. Add soaked rice, water, cook till soft.
Beat eggs with chopped veggies & spices. Heat oil, pour mix, cook both sides till golden.
Rinse poha. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, onion, chili, turmeric. Add poha, cook 2-3 mins, add lemon and coriander.
